Your return slip is your purchase email.
Please make sure to specify order number(s) on the return slip so we can ensure your credit is accurate. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Doll House Gift Card for use on a future purchase on www.thedollhousexoxo.com.au E-Gift Cards never expire! If you choose to make a return at one of our locations, you will receive a store credit to be used in-store. Please keep in mind that store credits issued in-store must be used on an in-store purchase and are not transferable to our online store, even if the original purchase was made online.

- All online return inquires and requests must be done via email at firstname.lastname@example.org ONLY.
- We are happy to accept for return, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 30 days of receipt by you

- Please note that purchases made online cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our stores; they must be returned to the address specified on the returns slip
- Please ensure you choose the colour of the item you are after carefully. Once the order is placed, we CANNOT make any changes to the colour. All colour choices are final.
- Dollhouse DOES NOT cover any additional taxes that may be charged to the customer upon receiving the package
Bridesmaid’s groups return policy
- Place your order online by following the size chart or select a no size option if you require guidance to sizing choice
- We recommend placing orders asap regardless of size so we can ensure fabrics and laces are available for you
- We recommend purchasing all dresses for the bridal group at the same time so colours and fabric are same dye batch
- Once your order is paced we will make contact with you to discuss sizes and required delivery dates
- We will send out one dress first – this dress will determine if the style is suitable for style size and colour the bridal party
- We will not accept a refund for return if you have accepted the first style sent out and requested to continue with the order
- Time requirements for refunds are 30 working days as per the refund conditions

- Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping https://www.usps.com/)

- Once exchanged item is posted, an email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and confirmation of dispatched including the tracking number
- You can exchange your item for another size or another item entirely of equal or more value.
- Exchanges are shipped free of charge
- All exchanges are based on stock availability
- We offer one free exchange for every item
- Exchanges take 10-15 working days to process NOT INCLUDING the delivery time to your area depending on stock availability
- We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping or with Australia Post with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, The Doll House will not issue return credit.
- Please note, purchase made through the Online Store cannot be returned in person to The Doll House store.
- Due to the delicate nature of our garments, items which are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return.
- Goods are only classified faulty if they have a manufacturing fault or unrepairable.
- If a fault occurs while worn only a repair is available. No refund.
- Clearance items can only be returned for refund by eGift Voucher which can only be used in our online store.
- Your items should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt by you. late returns cannot be accepted and may be returned to you.
