OUR RETURNS POLICY

As much as we hope you love all your items from The Dollhouse xoxo, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

The Dollhouse xoxo will provide a size exchange or credit note for all full price items that adhere to the below conditions. 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

  1. Items must be returned with 14 days of receiving your order
  2. All original tags must remain attached
  3. Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. If the sale item is faulty please email sales@thedollhousexoxo.com.au and we can assist you further. We highly recommend that you choose your item carefully. If you are needing help on sizing we would love to help you choose the correct size to avoid any kind of disappointment. 

Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed or has any make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. 

RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

  2. Return item to address listed on your returns form.
  3. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  4. When the item is received we will email you with the outcome. Please allow between 3-5 days for this process.

 

 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

  2. Return item to address listed on your returns form. 
  3. We have two different warehouse locations San Francisco and UK. Please choose return address correctly to avoid delay. 
  4. When the item is received we will email you with the outcome. Please allow between 3-5 days for this process.

 

EXCHANGES

  1. Please email through sales@thedollhousexoxo.com.au to confirm the item you are hoping to exchange for is in stock or if it will have be to be ordered. 
  2. You can exchange your item for another size or another item entirely of equal or more value.
  3. Exchanges are shipped free of charge if the item is located in the same country. 
  4. All exchanges are based on stock availability
  5. We offer one free exchange for every item
  6. Exchanges take 10-15 working days to process NOT INCLUDING the delivery time to your area depending on stock availability
  7. We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping or with Australia Post with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages.  Without proof of receipt and delivery, The Doll House will not issue return credit.    
  8. Please note, purchase made through the Online Store cannot be returned in person to The Doll House store.

                 

                FAULTY GOODS

                • Due to the delicate nature of our garments, items which are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return.
                • Goods are only classified faulty if they have a manufacturing fault or unrepairable.
                • If a fault occurs while worn only a repair is available. No refund.
