How long does delivery take if I place an order online?
Our goal is to make sure our customers get the dress of their dreams as quickly as possible. If your item is in stock, it is dispatched the same day the order has been placed. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be emailed to you. If you don't hear from us, please get in touch with our Customer Support team for more information regarding your order.
What if the dress I ordered is not in stock?
Our team will contact you if the dress you ordered is not available. If you have placed the order online, a full refund will be provided to you once we have discussed further options that are available. In the event that this should occur, please remain in contact with our Customer Support team.
What styles do you have in store?
The Dollhouse XOXO is a slow fashion brand and a small store. The majority of the styles we stock are located in our International Warehouses, so you're best to place your orders online.
We carry a variety of styles and sizes in the store.
Contact our Customer Support team to check if the style you are looking for is available in-store or online.
All of our dresses are in US sizes.
Please see the size conversion chart below as a reference.
Please note, some styles may run smaller than others, such as our Couture pieces, due to the nature of the garment.
