This Portia & Scarlett 'PS4001C' couture design features a beautiful halter neckline and delicate crystal detailing with fine shimmering stones and exquisite beadwork throughout. Main Fabric: Mesh fabric with hand-embroided, crystal rhinestones. Lining: Lined skirt from waist line to above knee (95% Polyester 5% Spandex). Colour may vary due to photography lighting. Items do generally run true to size chart and are cut to match. Please refer to our size chart for the best fit. Our model wears a size 2 and is 175cm tall 11cm heels. Stretch Level: Moderate
